Is this a time and materials per call solution?
It can be. Break/Fix services come in many flavors.
If you have a problem with your IT network, phone systems, paging system, audio/visual equipment, printers, microwaves or other hardware or software call Currey Adkins.
We will take the most expedient and cost effective approach to fixing your problem, whether that is logging on to your system or sending a technician on-site.
We will then bill you for the time we spend and any parts necessary to fix the problem.
Can I get a maintenance contract?
Yes you can. Currey Adkins offers a number of maintenance contracts, which will cover labor, parts, or both parts and labor for all covered items.
These contracts can be for a varied length of time.
You as a customer can work with Currey Adkins to adjust the length of the contract and items covered so that you can best protect your equipment and devise a plan that best suits your budget.
This can give you a predictable expense for keeping your systems running.
