Welcome to Currey Adkins' demonstration page for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
This page will demonstrate the capabilities of Currey Adkins to meet section 508 requirements for websites.
The web page is setup to help people with accessibility issues. We will begin by reviewing this page from top to bottom.
The first item;
1. Skip to main content - The Skip to main content is a link used by some to start the screen reader with the main content or body of the page.
This link saves time and stress from the screen reader repeating the menu over and over again.
The second item;
2. The header - there are two images that make up the header, the company logo and a mountain view.
These images contain alt attributes and titles for a screen reader to read and help describe the images and what the company is about.
The third item;
3. The left column - contains a slide show presentation.
The presentation contains alt attributes and titles for each slide.
This will allow a screen reader to read and describe each of the slides in the show.
There is also a sound narration of the slide show.
The fourth and last item;
4. 
The seal of approval - We do our best to meet the national standards for website accessibility.
We use validation tools from W3C Validator
and Webaim Wave tool for accessibility.
